Clack Dual — Privacy Policy

Clack Dual ("the App", "we", "us") is a mobile one-on-one dueling game. This policy explains what data the App collects, why, and your choices. By using the App you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account & identity. When you play as a Guest, the App generates an anonymous account identifier stored on our backend. If you choose Google Sign-In, we receive your Google account's basic profile identifier and email address to link your account across devices. You may also set a nickname.
- Gameplay data. We store your in-game progress — coins, owned cosmetics, match records, quest progress, and statistics — so your account stays in sync.
- Purchases. In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We receive a confirmation that a purchase succeeded so we can grant the item; we do not receive or store your payment card or billing details.
- Advertising & device data. The App shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage/interaction data to deliver and measure ads. Purchasing "Ad-Free" removes ads.
2. How we use your data
To operate the game (accounts, matchmaking, saving progress, syncing across devices), to process and grant purchases, to show and measure advertising, and to maintain security and prevent abuse.
3. Third-party services
- Supabase — backend hosting, database, and authentication (stores account and gameplay data).
- Google — Google Sign-In (optional) and Google AdMob (advertising).
- Apple — in-app purchase processing.
These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
4. Data retention & deletion
We keep your account data while your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing keynotforlock@gmail.com. Guest accounts hold no personal identifiers beyond the generated ID.
5. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.

Clack Dual('본 앱')은 1:1 결투 모바일 게임입니다. 본 방침은 앱이 수집하는 데이터와 그 목적, 이용자의 선택권을 설명합니다. 앱을 이용하면 본 방침에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
- 계정 및 식별 정보. 게스트로 플레이하면 앱이 익명 계정 식별자를 생성해 서버에 저장합니다. Google 로그인을 선택하면 기기 간 계정 연동을 위해 Google 계정의 기본 프로필 식별자와 이메일을 받습니다. 닉네임을 설정할 수 있습니다.
- 게임 플레이 데이터. 코인, 보유 꾸미기 아이템, 대전 기록, 퀘스트 진행도, 통계 등 진행 상황을 계정 동기화를 위해 저장합니다.
- 구매. 앱 내 구입은 Apple이 처리합니다. 아이템 지급을 위해 구매 성공 확인만 전달받으며, 결제 카드·청구 정보는 받거나 저장하지 않습니다.
- 광고 및 기기 데이터. 앱은 Google AdMob으로 광고를 표시합니다. AdMob은 광고 제공·측정을 위해 기기 식별자와 이용/상호작용 데이터를 수집할 수 있습니다. '광고 제거'를 구매하면 광고가 사라집니다.
2. 데이터 이용 목적
게임 운영(계정, 매치메이킹, 진행 저장, 기기 간 동기화), 구매 처리 및 아이템 지급, 광고 표시·측정, 보안 유지 및 부정 이용 방지를 위해 사용합니다.
3. 제3자 서비스
- Supabase — 백엔드 호스팅, 데이터베이스, 인증(계정·플레이 데이터 저장).
- Google — Google 로그인(선택) 및 Google AdMob(광고).
- Apple — 앱 내 구입 처리.
각 제공업체는 자체 개인정보 방침에 따라 데이터를 처리합니다.
4. 데이터 보관 및 삭제
계정이 유지되는 동안 데이터를 보관합니다. keynotforlock@gmail.com으로 언제든 계정 및 관련 데이터 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 게스트 계정은 생성된 식별자 외 개인정보를 포함하지 않습니다.
5. 아동
본 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 해당 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
6. 변경
본 방침은 변경될 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 위 '최종 업데이트' 날짜로 반영됩니다.
